     When you call Killin' It Termite and Pest and hire us to start a plan, or do any service, the first thing we'll do when we arrive on your property is a thorough inspection of the exterior and interior. This is the only way to start formulating the proper treatment plan and methods of application. It also allows us to customize the treatment to your specific needs instead of just doing the same thing at every house like a lot of companies. After the inspection, we will talk with the you and let you know what we found, and what our plan of attack is. At this point we will also discuss anything we found that is NOT covered in the initial quote. This includes discussing all aspects of the treatment to ensure complete comfort and clarity as to what we're doing, why we're doing it, what the cost is, and what the expected results are. Once this portion of the visit is complete, we will execute the application.
