General Plan Contract Option
$75/month for 12 months

Bed Bug Contract Options
- 1 room: $200 down + $80/month
- 2 rooms: $300 down + $90/month
- 3 rooms: $400 down + $100/month
- 4 rooms: $500 down + $110/month

Roach / Flea / Rodent Contract Options
- $500 startup level: $200 down + $80/month
- $700 startup level: $300 down + $90/month

Complete Plan Contract Option
$600 down + $115/month for 12 months
Includes up to 10 stations. +$65 each additional station. Complete is separate because it includes termite bait station installation and requires a written one-year agreement. If more than 10 stations are required, the cost will be spread out with the monthly cost. After the first year, there is no contract and your monthly price goes down and stays at the lower rate for at least the next year.

While many situations fit our standard plan terms, homes with more than three different active specialty pests will receive a custom-quoted solution. Specialty startup services are priced individually based on pest type and severity. If your home has three or more active specialty pests, we will provide a custom-quoted plan tailored to your specific needs.
