Important Note

The pricing shown is based on the infestation level confirmed during inspection. Light, heavy, and severe activity are determined by pest pressure, how many areas are affected, sanitation or clutter conditions, access to treatment areas.

We do not raise the price unless the inspection shows that a higher treatment level is warranted. Severe activity, excessive contents, prep issues, poor access, sanitation problems, or unusual site conditions may require adjusted pricing or a custom quote.
