Covers common household pests like spiders, ants, earwigs, scorpions, and similar invading pests. Best for ongoing protection against everyday pest activity.*

Includes everything in the General Plan, plus added coverage for roaches, bed bugs, fleas, and rodents. Built for homeowners who want broader pest protection and more peace of mind.*
$1000 startup/ $80 per month
Includes General and Plus coverage, plus termite bait station monitoring for qualifying homes and spot termite treatment while on service. Best for customers who want the broadest protection.*

Bed bug treatment is available as either Pay As You Go pricing or a 12-month service agreement option.
Pay As You Go Option
- 1 room: Included with the Plus Plan
- 2 rooms: $500 startup, then $70/month
- 3 rooms: $700 startup, then $70/month
- 4 rooms: $900 startup, then $70/month
Annual Specialty Pest Option
- 1 room: Included with the Plus Plan
- 2 rooms: $300 down + $110/month for 11/mo
- 3 rooms: $400 down + $120/month for 11/mo
- 4 rooms: $500 down + $130/month for 11/mo
One room of light, localized bed bug treatment is included with the Plus Plan, along with the main sitting area when applicable. Additional rooms, broader spread, or heavier activity require separate startup pricing. Ongoing monthly service continues at the Plus Plan rate. Inspection and prep compliance are required.

Light: Included with the Plus Plan
Heavy: $200 down + $110/month for 11 months
Severe: $300 down + $120/month for 11 months
Light infestations default to the standard 12-month Plus Plan rate. Heavy and severe infestations require higher startup and monthly pricing based on severity.
Rodent service includes inspection, baiting and/or trapping, monitoring, and exclusion recommendations. Repair work, heavy exclusion labor, insulation replacement, cleanup/sanitation, and wildlife-type work are not included unless separately quoted.

• Termite issues beyond localized spot treatment or outside normal Complete Plan scope
• Conditions that materially increase labor or access difficulty
• Structure-related scope increases
• Jobs where normal pricing does not reasonably match expected results
Quotes are based on treatment area, infestation density, access, sanitation, and labor — not panic level.
