Best for customers who want a lower upfront cost, scheduled follow-up, and ongoing managment after the initial treatment. Annual options help spread the cost out while keeping the problem professionally managed.

Do not move furniture, clothing, bedding, or personal items into other rooms before inspection unless instructed. Moving items can spread bed bugs and make treatment harder. Excessive clutter, missed prep steps, or spreading items between rooms may reduce effectiveness and may require additional service.
