How It Works

Our professional roach cleanout service is a serious, strategic treatment—not a quick “light spray.”

We start with HEPA vacuum removal to physically reduce live roaches, debris, and allergen-heavy contamination.
Then we apply non-repellent residual products that roaches cannot detect, along with Insect Growth Regulators (IGRs) that disrupt development and help stop the breeding cycle.
We add professional-grade baiting targeted at the colony, dusting in key voids and harborage areas, and fogging when needed as part of a broader cleanout strategy.
The result is a focused, high-level process built for total control and long-term elimination, not just temporary knockdown.

Light infestations default to the standard 12-month Plus Plan rate. Heavy and severe infestations require higher startup and monthly pricing based on severity.
